Each client is unique and I use a variety of techniques to tailor a customized treatment plan to the individual. In addition to being an experienced professional in my field, I have developed exceptional listening skills to be attentive to client needs.

I work with patients with a variety of concerns related to orthopaedic and pelvic floor health, including: chronic pain, acute injury, sports injury, female urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, vaginismus (painful penetration), vulvodynia (pelvic pain), diastasis recti and coccydynia (tailbone pain)

Prenatal and post-partum Physiotherapy help women prepare for delivery, improve prenatal fitness, will contribute to an easier pregnancy and delivery Postpartum Physiotherapy will help you to strengthen the pelvic floor and guide you back to regular activities. They also look for a diastasis (separation of the abdominal muscles) and help restore the core.

I believe in a multidisciplinary approach where the patients are seen as whole. When not working, I enjoys spending some quality time with her family, swimming and listening to music.

Special Interests: Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy became a passion. Mina realized many individuals have common concerns related to pelvic health but are often too embarrassed to seek advice, or are unaware that treatment is available. Her goal is to improve the health and quality of life for her clients. She wants to remove the stigma surrounding pelvic health concerns and assist her clients in regaining a connection to their pelvic floor and optimize their health and function.
