Acu-Pillow

This adjustable wooden pillow can be used by entire family who has different neck size. Using this device daily, helps to target pressure points in various parts of the body for comfort, stretch and relaxation, relieving muscle tension and easing pain. With its four height adjustments, this unique device may help ease pressure on the neck and vertebrae, increase blood circulation and help to reduce muscle aches and migraine headaches.

This uniquely design wooden Acu-Pillow has been used in Asia to cure neck and back pain, ease muscle tension and promote better circulation by Acupuncturist for decades. Our new and improved adjustable Acu-Pillow offers two different heights which can be adjusted for various pressure points.

Directions for use

Find the correct height that feels most comfortable and lie back with the wooden pillow beneath your neck. Use a towel for more comfort or to adjust the height. The back of the head should not touch the surface you are lying on and the face should be parallel to the ceiling. Gently role the neck from side to side for approximately one to two minutes rest, then repeat. This process will enhance blood circulation to the head and reduce tension in the neck muscles. Caution: Stretch the neck muscle before use. Please do not fall a sleep or use more than 20 minutes. If you have a pre-existing medical condition, please consult your doctor or therapist before using the device.

Acu-Back Wooden Lumbar Stretcher – regular and large

This uniquely design wooden Acu-Back spine stretcher is used to stretch your lower and mid-back to correct postural problems. Additionally, with the interchangeable orbs, you can simply lay on it and target the pressure points to ease muscle tension.

Directions for use

The Acu-back must be used on a firm surface – ideally the floor.

Assume the upright position of a sit-up with your knees bent.
Place the arch at the base of spine – waist level.
Slowly lower yourself onto the arch.
Your neck must remain straight and often first time users will need to support the head with one or more pillows.
To get off most first time users find it easier to roll to one side or the other versus sitting straight up.
Time on the board – start with 2 minutes and perform 3 separate sessions at the 2 minute interval. If you experience no pain or discomfort add an additional minute.
The total time goal is 20 mintes per day – the longer the better.
