The season is not quite done and yet I have managed to improve every single PB in every distance I have ever run this year. Six of seven races this year were for a PB!

Thanks to Honsberger and you, Efan, for keeping me going. There was more training mileage than ever this season, including seven 100+ km weeks, five of them consecutive. You don't do that, staying injury free, without good physio. At least, not a guy with my mechanics.   You may have noticed the last PB (Toronto 42k - 2:58:21).. This one is special, something I had thought unreachable. I ran it without issue, without pain and without any consequences afterward. My hat is off to Honsberger. Thanks so much for your support. I cannot over state just how pleased I am with my results this year.

Your initial diagnosis, summation of the problem, proposed course
of action and probability for success, were concise and to the point, such
that I thought: " He is either extremely good at what he does; or he's
superficial and isn't." Unquestionably, the former proved to be the case as
six treatments and a shoe insert have corrected the condition ( back pain )
and left the episode all but forgiven.
