Krysta is a lifelong learner who values the importance of collaboration. She has post-secondary education in Social Service Work, Sociology, Sport and Event Marketing and Wedding Planning. Her diverse background has led her to where she is today, a passionate and creative marketer. She thrives on empowering small businesses to shine by creating strategic marketing plans and authentic connections with their community. Krysta is the host of the RogersTV show "Get Local with Krysta" where she travels around Simcoe County showcasing some amazing local businesses and their owners.  

Krysta is a positive and upbeat person that tries to see the best in every situation. She has a strong focus on her physical and mental wellness journey, aspiring to instill in her two daughters the importance of nurturing both their minds and bodies. Krysta is an avid live music fan and has been to a countless number of concerts. She has seen everything from The Wiggles to Paul McCartney to Eminem and everything in between!
