FUN | HONEST | EMPOWERING
Nick focuses on a biomechanical approach that combines hands-on treatment including soft tissue release, with education and empowerment, in addition to well structured exercise programs to help his clients get back to their goals.
Nick competed in competitive sport from an early age and became a physiotherapist to help his clients reach their goals and perform to their full potential. His own experiences, as an athlete, and too many times as an injured athlete, allow him to empathize with his clients and focus on what really matters.
Nick is an avid gym addict with over 15 years experience in performance training including powerlifting, bodybuilding and most recently CrossFit. To support this passion, Nick became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and has a keen interest in pilates training and concussion management.
Outside of work, Nick loves Rugby, Football and Football (Soccer), and can be found watching the game, training in his garage gym or out hiking with his dog Beauden and new wife Rachel.
Nick graduated from Leeds Beckett University as a Physiotherapist in 2015, working initially in the National Health Service in the UK to develop a strong and varied foundation of skills. He then went on to specialise in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.
