What’s the Challenge?
Starting the week of January 6th, we’ll begin with baseline testing to measure your:
- Strength
- Power
- Balance
- Stability
- Range of Motion
- Functional Movements
We’ll use cutting-edge technology like Vald, 360 Core, and Kinetisense to assess your current strength, mobility and flexibility levels. Then, the challenge kicks off on January 13th!
What's Included?
For just $50, you'll gain access to:
- Baseline Check-In: At the start of the challenge, we will assess your current strength, mobility, and flexibility levels. This gives us a starting point to measure your progress.
- Weekly Goals: Commit to daily habits like achieving 10,000 steps, staying hydrated with half of your body weight in ounces, and incorporating strength and mobility exercises 5 out of 7 days/week.
- Strava Tracking: We’ll be using Strava to track your activity and movement throughout the challenge. Simply sync your workouts and activities to Strava, and you’ll be able to monitor your progress, see how you’re doing compared to others, and stay motivated by sharing your results with the group!
- Facebook Accountability Group: Join our private Facebook group to connect with other participants, share your favorite recipes, offer and receive encouragement, and celebrate your wins along the way! It’s a supportive community where we’ll share tips, inspiration, and progress to help each other stay on track.
- Physitrack Exercise Program: All participants will have access to an exercise program through Physitrack. The app provides easy-to-follow instructions and video demos to guide your workouts and help improve strength, mobility, and flexibility.
- Wellness Education Series:
Every two weeks, we’ll host a session focused on key wellness topics to support your journey. Topics include:
- Understanding Your Body
- Back Health
- Breathing
- Diet & Nutrition
- Supplements
- Movement
These sessions will provide valuable insights and tips to help you improve your overall health and well-being.
- Final Check-In: At the end of the challenge, we'll reassess the same markers to track your improvements and see how far you've come! This helps highlight your progress and achievements throughout the challenge.
