Session Structure:

  • 2-hour semi-private sessions (2 golfers per group)

  • Dual Coaching Approach: Each group has both a golf coach and a body coach

  • Session Breakdown:

    • Body Coaching: Focuses on mobility, flexibility, biomechanics, functional movement, strength, and alignment.

    • Golf Coaching: Fine-tunes swing mechanics, provides personalized drills, and offers real-time feedback.

    • Foundational Focus: Body therapy lays the groundwork for the golf coach to build strength, power, and speed.

Ongoing Support for Long-Term Improvement

To ensure continued progress, each golfer receives:

✅ A video recap of their session
✅ A custom body program tailored to their needs
Practice drills to implement between sessions
