Golf Movement Classes

Our Golf Movement Classes are designed to help golfers of all levels improve their mobility, strength, and swing mechanics. These group sessions focus on building the physical foundation needed for a powerful, efficient swing, ensuring you enter the new season ready to dominate the course.

The Assessment (60 Minutes)
- V1 Pressure Mat: Measures ground reaction forces during your swing to optimize balance and power.
- K-Vest: Analyzes your swing’s kinematic sequence to pinpoint inefficiencies.
- VALD Testing: Evaluates strength, power, speed, and stability for targeted improvements.
- Biomechanical Screening: Identifies flexibility and mobility restrictions that may be impacting your swing.
- Core 360 Assessment: Tests your ability to engage and maintain core activation throughout your swing.
Personalized Fitness Plan
After the assessment, you’ll receive a customized program tailored to your needs, which may include:
- Manual treatments to improve flexibility, joint mobility, and posture.
- A Monthly Strength Training Program designed to enhance your swing mechanics.
- Golf Motor Pattern Training Sessions to develop muscle memory for a repeatable, powerful swing.
- Access to Group Movement Classes for continued development.
