PASSIONATE | MOTIVATED | EMPOWERING
Piper is a physiotherapist who graduated from Western University and brings a strong background in sport, performance, and rehabilitation. With over 10 years of involvement in
cheerleading - as an elite athlete, trainer, and physiotherapist, she has extensive experience working with athletes across all levels. Piper also works as a sport first responder and is passionate about helping individuals perform at their highest potential.
Her journey into physiotherapy began as a young gymnast, where she was immersed in high-performance environments and witnessed firsthand how injuries can alter an athlete’s
career. This early exposure sparked her fascination with the body’s resilience and capacity to adapt. Piper is driven to help people build strong, durable bodies and return to activity feeling confident, capable, and stronger than before - whether recovering from injury or navigating life’s setbacks.
In addition to her physiotherapy practice, Piper is a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and strength and conditioning coach. This well-rounded background allows her to
take a comprehensive approach to injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance. Her
special interests include sport performance, concussion management and working with
athletes of all ages.
Outside of the clinic, Piper enjoys staying active at the gym or yoga studio, exploring the
outdoors with her golden retriever, Lyle, and travelling with family and friends.
