Being a lifelong athlete herself, Sama is a strong believer in movement therapy and advocating for healthy active living. After graduating from Western University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2020, she took a special interest in pelvic health, and continuously works to further her education in this field. She appreciates the importance of education in her practice and always takes the time to help her patients understand the WHY in all of their treatments. Sama has also completed her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture course which she regularly incorporates in her practice.
Sama’s interests are not limited to pelvic health, she also applies a biomechanical approach to a wide range of patients having suffered orthopedic injuries.
Sama puts a big importance on education to empower her patients in their health journeys and loves when they bring her questions to their sessions!
On her spare time Sama enjoys cycling, reading, hiking, travelling and board games of all sorts.
